How we handle the personal information you share with us — written to be read, not to be skipped.
Last updated: 1 January 2026
This policy explains what personal information R.M. Arts ("RM Pulse", "we", "us") collects when you use /website, submit an enquiry, apply for a role or access our client portal — and what we do with it. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare availability reports and quotations.
- To plan, execute, verify and report on campaigns you commission.
- To assess job applications and communicate with candidates.
- To send the Wall Media Brief newsletter, where you have subscribed.
- To maintain the security, performance and integrity of our systems.
- To meet statutory obligations including tax, GST and employment record keeping.
We do not use your campaign brief to inform work for another client, and we do not share it with vendors.
Legal basis for processing
Where Indian data protection law or, for clients based in other jurisdictions, an equivalent framework applies, we process personal information on the following bases:
- Contract — to deliver services you or your organisation have engaged us for.
- Consent — for newsletter subscriptions and optional communications, withdrawable at any time.
- Legitimate interest — to respond to business enquiries and secure our systems.
- Legal obligation — for statutory financial and employment records.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery and analytics providers bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Field partners — in states where we execute through supervised partner crews, limited to what is required to complete the work.
- Legal requirement — where disclosure is required by law, court order or a lawful government request.
- Business transfer — in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to equivalent protection.
We never sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long we keep information
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Website enquiries and quote requests | 36 months from last contact |
| Newsletter subscriptions | Until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months of suppression records |
| Job applications | 24 months, unless you ask us to delete sooner |
| Client campaign records | 8 years, to meet statutory financial record requirements |
| Server and access logs | 12 months |
How we protect information
We apply access controls, encrypted transmission, hashed credentials, role-based permissions and audit logging across our platform. Field photography and campaign data are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client campaign data as commercially sensitive and restrict internal access to the team members who need it.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information where we have no continuing legal or contractual need for it.
- Stop sending you marketing communications, at any time, with immediate effect.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Write to rmartspune@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies for session handling, security and understanding which pages are useful. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
Field photography and location data
Our field application captures photographs of campaign sites along with GPS coordinates and timestamps. These images are of walls and structures, not of individuals. Where a person appears incidentally in a site photograph, we crop or exclude the image before it enters a client report. Location data is captured from our own crew devices during working hours for site verification only.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced on this page for 30 days before taking effect.
